Board of Education action is being taken at the April 23, 2024 Board meeting by Resolution determining that District owned property located at 11722 Dransfeldt Road in Parker is surplus real property not needed within the foreseeable future for any purpose authorized by law and may be sold or otherwise conveyed in accordance with law and District policy. This Resolution includes the condition that the District purchases 10235 Parkglenn Way in Parker. Prior to such action and after vetting multiple real estate firms responsive to the District’s Request for Proposal, the District prequalified and selected CBRE, Inc., a commercial real estate firm, to support its efforts to represent the interests of the District related to the marketing and sale of 11722 Dransfeldt Road. The District’s Master Services Agreement and Scope of Work with CBRE, which includes an Exclusive Right-To-Sell Listing Contract, specifies the terms of the relationship and obligations between the District and CBRE for the marketing and sale of 11722 Dransfeldt Road. |
