At the January 23, 2024 Board meeting, after three rounds of voting, the Board remained in a 3-3 tie between the two remaining nominees. The matter was then deemed tabled until the next meeting, which is this meeting.
Procedurally, the Board may move to take this matter from the table. The motion to take the matter from the table needs a majority to adopt. If it is neither moved nor seconded, or if it does not receive a majority vote, it dies.
