Summary :
|
Next Generation Surfaces, LLC submitted a proposal for this project through Sourcewell, a national purchasing cooperative that serves government, education and non-profit organizations.
Per Board Policy DJ, Sourcewell meets all requirements of a formal competitive bidding process to secure the best value to the District.
Based on the proposal, a Construction Agreement was issued to Next Generation Surfaces, LLC for $699,850 for carpet and flooring replacement at Highlands Ranch High School. This carpet and flooring project is included in the 2018 Bond. A contractor is required to perform this work.
2018 Bond funds will pay for this award and are included in the bond planning budgets.
