On March 26, 2024, the Board of Education approved a Resolution authorizing the District’s acquisition of property located at 10235 Parkglenn Way, Parker, Colorado.
On April 3, 2024, the Long Range Planning Committee (LRPC) evaluated District property located at 11722 Dransfeldt Road in Parker and recommended that it be designated as surplus real property on the condition that the District purchases 10235 Parkglenn Way in Parker. The District owns the property at 11722 Dransfeldt Road. The Dransfeldt property consists of substandard mobile classrooms currently used for Bridge and a 40-year-old former house converted for use by Child Find. The former house is not fully ADA compliant. These programs will relocate to 10235 Parkglenn Way upon the District purchasing this property.
This resolution designates that if the District purchases 10235 Parkglenn Way then 11722 Dransfeldt Road will not be needed within the foreseeable future for any purpose authorized by law and, therefore, may be sold and conveyed in accordance with applicable law and District policy.
