Member Ray D Moved, Member Susan Meek seconded to approve the New motion 'that the Board convey the following focus to the MBEC: “Because the 2022 MBEC so recently evaluated the District’s operational and capital needs in depth, for 2023 the MBEC will provide an overview of any changes in those needs from the previous year. The committee’s primary focus will be to examine the reasons for the outcome of the 2022 ballot initiatives; identify those factors most likely to affect feasibility in 2023; and make recommendations for potential improvements in overall community outreach as part of its recommendation for or against an MLO and/or Bond.” to begin in January 2023.'.
